About This Site
This site is an independent fan guide to Memphis Tigers football — the University of Memphis's NCAA Division I FBS team in the American Conference. We write about the team the way fans talk about it: who's playing, who's coaching, how the season is going, and what to know before you head to Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
We're not affiliated with the University of Memphis, the Memphis Tigers, the American Conference, or the NCAA. Nothing here is official. Schedules, kickoff times, ticket prices, and rosters change — we do our best to keep things accurate, but the university's own athletics site is always the final word.
Why a fan guide instead of an official recap? Because fans look for the bigger picture: what a season means, which games matter, how a new coach is reshaping things. The 2026 season is a perfect example — a first-year head coach in Charles Huff, 71 new players, and a 5-1 start that put Memphis right back in the conference title conversation. That's a story worth telling in plain language, and that's what this site does.
Everything we publish sticks to facts we can verify: reported scores, published schedules, documented coaching moves. We don't make up records, and we don't pretend to know things we don't. If something is uncertain — like an unannounced kickoff time — we say so.
We keep the tone human and the pages ad-friendly: real coverage, no hype, no clickbait, and zero outbound links to ticket resellers, betting sites, or anything shady. The site's structure is simple on purpose — one strong homepage that tells the whole story of the season, plus a handful of honest pages that explain who we are, how to reach us, and how your data is handled. No pop-ups, no walls of widgets, no junk.
If you'd like to suggest a topic or correct something, use the contact page — we read everything that comes in.
